Terms of Service
Effective: June 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of dotreadynow.com and the dotreadynow web application (the "Service"), provided by American Trans-Data Corp. ("ATD," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What you can expect from us
- A compliance-tracking dashboard, updated with the federal and state rules we cover.
- Email reminders before deadlines, on a best-effort basis.
- Reasonable uptime and security, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Support during business hours (M–F, 7am–5pm PT).
What we expect from you
- Provide accurate fleet, vehicle, and driver information.
- Keep your account credentials secure; don't share logins.
- Use the Service for your own legitimate fleet operations — not for resale, not for screening unaffiliated third parties.
- Pay your subscription on time (after the free trial).
- Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can either add billing to continue, or let the account lapse (your data is preserved for 30 days).
Billing
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance.
- Prorated upgrades take effect immediately; prorated refunds on downgrade.
- Failed payments: we'll retry over 14 days, then pause the account.
- Cancellation: self-serve from settings, no retention call required. Data exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
- Refunds: we don't issue refunds for partial months. If we screw up, email us.
What the Service is — and isn't
dotreadynow is a tracking tool. It tells you what's due, when. It does not file forms on your behalf, file taxes, perform inspections, or render legal advice.
You remain responsible for actually filing your MCS-150, UCR, BOC-3, IFTA, IRP, HVUT, etc., and for meeting all FMCSA, state, and CARB requirements applicable to your operation.

Accuracy of compliance data
We work hard to keep our rule library current, but regulations change. We rely on the data you enter (DOT number, operating profile, vehicles, drivers) to map obligations to your fleet. We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by:
- Inaccurate or incomplete data you entered
- Regulation changes not yet reflected in our library
- Email reminders that didn't reach you (filtered to spam, etc.)
Verify critical deadlines with official sources (FMCSA, your state DMV, CARB).
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its content are owned by American Trans-Data Corp. Your fleet data remains yours. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them in the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ATD's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, FMCSA fines, out-of-service orders, or audit penalties.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are inactive for 12+ months, or that pose security concerns. We'll give notice when reasonable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.
Changes to these terms
We'll email you at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
